For the purposes of this Return and Exchange Policy:
Business Company (referred to as either “the Company”, “We”, “Us” or “Our” in this Agreement) refers to Kum Kum Sarees Located at 20 Kaveri Complex,New Jagnath Main Road, Dr Yagnik Rd,Rajkot, Gujarat 360001
- Goods refer to the items offered for sale on the Service.
- Orders mean a request by You to purchase Goods from Us.
- Service refers to the Website.
- Website refers to My Site, accessible from https://www.kumkumsarees.com
- You means the individual accessing or using the Service, or the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Service, as applicable.
General Return Policy
Items can be exchanged in case of size, fit, and damage issues only. Exchange services are not provided on design. If the same item is not available in your desired size, we will initiate a refund within 7 working days. In case you’re requesting a return for a damaged item, video evidence of the parcel’s unboxing is mandatory. No refunds will be initiated on damaged items without video evidence.
In case of returns, you can choose to ship the product(s) back to us at your own cost.We can also arrange a pick up for you at an additional charge of Rs. 250.
Sale or special offer items are non-exchangeable, non-returnable, and non-refundable. We do not provide size exchanges for sale articles. Kindly review the product details carefully before placing your order.
Exchange Policy
Products can be exchanged for a different size, provided that such variation is available. Customers are allowed to exchange within 48 hours of product delivery. Exchanges exceeding 48 hours will not be processed.
In order to be eligible for a return or exchange, make sure that these following conditions are met:
- Product must be returned in its original packaging
- Product wasn’t used or damaged
- Product must include original tags (if applicable)
- Product must have the receipt or proof of purchase
- Products purchased under a sale or discount are not eligible for Return, Refund or Exchange.
- International orders are not eligible for Returns, Refunds & Exchange. Please get in touch with us at sales@kumkumsarees.com to initiate the same.
- It remains our endeavour to represent our products accurately. However, please expect colour discrepancies as our products are viewed across devices with varied colour calibrations.
In case of returns, you can choose to ship the product back to us at your own cost. We can also arrange a pick up for you at an additional charge of Rs. 250.
You exchanged product will be processed Once items are received and conditions confirmed.
